Interac e-Transfer ticketing

Sell tickets by e‑Transfer. Get paid directly.

No Stripe account, no card fees, no spreadsheet of who’s paid. Buyers reserve, pay you by Interac e-Transfer or cash, and get their QR tickets once you have the money.

First 25 e-Transfer tickets per event are free.

How it works

From booking to QR ticket, without chasing anyone.

  1. Turn on “Pay you directly”Add your e-Transfer email, and cash at the door if you like.
  2. Buyers reserveThey get your e-Transfer details and their own RV- booking code.
  3. Payments are matchedFrom your bank’s e-Transfer email, by code, amount and name.
  4. QR tickets go outOnly once you’re paid. The door scanner knows who still owes.

One-time setup

Two minutes in Gmail, then it runs itself.

A Gmail filter forwards Interac’s payment emails to your private Rallyvio address. That is all. Outlook works the same way, with a rule.

1. Open Gmail’s search optionsClick the sliders icon at the right of the search bar.

Built for how community events actually get paid.

Questions organizers ask

Do I need a Stripe account?

No. Choose “Pay you directly only” and all you need is the email you receive e-Transfers at. Add Stripe later if you want to take cards as well.

How does automatic matching work, and is it safe?

You set up a Gmail or Outlook rule that forwards Interac’s payment emails to your private Rallyvio address. We check each one carries Interac’s digital signature and was sent to your e-Transfer email, then match the booking code, amount and name. Anything uncertain waits for you to confirm with one tap. We keep only the match result, never the email.

Which banks does it work with?

Any Canadian bank or credit union that sends Interac e-Transfers. With autodeposit on, the money is in your account the moment a booking turns paid.

What about refunds and no-shows?

Money paid to you directly is refunded by you. Unpaid bookings get a reminder, and can be released after the number of days you choose so seats go back on sale; buyers can cancel an unpaid booking themselves.

How is this different from Eventbrite?

Rallyvio lets buyers pay you by Interac e-Transfer or cash, keeps your whole ticket price on card sales, and shows buyers the full price upfront. It’s made for independent and community organizers in Canada.
