Buyers pay your ticket price plus card processing at cost, shown upfront. Nothing for Rallyvio.
Free Interac e-Transfer and cash tickets
No limit and no charge. e-Transfers are matched to bookings automatically, and the door scanner tracks who still owes cash.
Optional donations at checkout
Buyers can add $5, $10, $25 or their own amount. It goes to you in full, with the ticket payment.
Everything else included
QR tickets, check-in on any phone (even offline), food choices, waitlists, live board, attendee lists and messages.
Compared with tip-funded “free” platforms
Some platforms are free for nonprofits because they ask every buyer for an optional tip at checkout, often suggested at 10 to 15% of the order. Here’s how Rallyvio differs.

Why is it free?
Community groups are who we built Rallyvio for. Card processing is the only real cost, and buyers pay it at Stripe’s rate, shown upfront. e-Transfer and cash cost nothing to run.
Who qualifies?
Registered charities (with a CRA charity number) and incorporated nonprofits in Canada. We check your registration before switching your pricing.
Do you issue tax receipts for donations?
No. Donations go straight to your organization with the ticket payment. Your Attendees page shows the total, and the spreadsheet lists each donor and amount, so you can issue receipts yourself if a donor asks.
Is anything limited compared with other organizers?
No. Nonprofits get every feature, with no limit on tickets.
